Anxiety is tough to beat. Honestly, I don't know if it can ever be completely eliminated. I have struggled with anxiety my whole life. But I do know that it can be lessened. Different methods work for different people. There is no one size fits all when it comes to anxiety. I am still searching for what works for me. If you would like to know, I would be happy to share with you what I have tried and what works for me as well as what does not work for me. Hopefully, there is something here that can at least help you or give you the courage that you need to live your best life. Never lose hope. There is always HOPE!
